市川 昊平（いちかわ　こうへい）氏
奈良先端科学技術大学院大学 (NAIST) 先端科学技術研究科 情報科学領域 准教授

専門は、分散システム。近年のクラウドコンピューティングの発展を支える仮想計算機および仮想ネットワーク技術に関する研究開発に取り組んでいる。
eScienceの国際的な共同研究コミュニティ、PRAGMA (Pacific Rim Application and Grid Middleware Assembly) の中で日本・米国・台湾・タイなどの各国の研究機関と長年共同研究を実施しており、SDNを活用した地球規模の広域な仮想ネットワークテストベッドを構築するPRAGMA-ENTプロジェクトを率いている。
近年はAI・ビッグデータ・クラウドコンピューティングを対象とした大学間連携教育プロジェクト（enPit AiBiC）やアントレプレナーシップ育成事業（EDGE、KSAC）、大学のDX事業にも取り組む。

本イベントにおいて参加者が提供したアイデア（コンセプト及びノウハウ等を含みます）は、そのアイデアを提供した参加者から申出および参加者による権利化がなされない限り、共有財産（パブリックドメイン）として、他の参加者を含めた第三者が、無償で自由に利用することができます。

■成果物
本イベントにおいて参加者が作成した文章、スケッチ、図、写真、音声その他一切の成果物に関する著作権（著作権法第27条および第28条の権利その他の権利を含む）、特許権、実用新案権、意匠権、商標権等の知的財産権（それらの権利を取得し、またはそれらの権利につき登録等を出願する権利も含むものとする。）その他一切の権利は、作成した参加者自身に帰属します。

参加者は、本イベントにおけるアイデアおよび成果物の取扱いを十分に理解したうえで、秘匿しておきたい秘密情報を本イベントにおいて提供しないよう、ご留意ください。

Associate Professor,Kohei Ichikawa

His expertise is in distributed systems. He has been working on research and development of virtual computing and virtual networking technologies that support the recent development of cloud computing, and has long been collaborating with research institutions in Japan, the United States, Taiwan, Thailand, and other countries in PRAGMA (Pacific Rim Application and Grid Middleware Assembly), an international collaborative research community of eScience. He is leading the PRAGMA-ENT project to build a global wide-area virtual network testbed using SDN. In recent years, he has been involved in inter-university educational projects targeting AI, Big Data, and cloud computing (enPit AiBiC), entrepreneurship development projects (EDGE, KSAC), and university DX projects. Ph.D. (Information Science)
